A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidential disclosure agreement (CDA) or secrecy agreement, provides parameters and protections to the parties exchanging confidential or proprietary (non-public) information.  Any Johns Hopkins University faculty, student, or employee intending to disclose such information to a third party should execute a NDA before doing so.

Note: JHTV only processes NDAs for potential licensing and collaborative or sponsored research opportunities related to technologies disclosed to JHTV.
